AMF appoints Charlotte Henry as Head of Digital Transformation

Charlotte Henry, 36, has joined the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) on 30 May, as Head of Digital Transformation, reporting to François Ardonceau, Managing Director of Operations, Human Resources and Information Technology.

Charlotte Henry began her career in 2008 at Arval, part of the BNP Paribas group, at the Corporate IT Department, and then at the Business Strategy and Organisation Department, where she worked as a Project and Change Manager. In 2012, she joined the General Inspection at BNP Paribas as Internal Auditor for the BNP Paribas Real Estate subsidiary.

In 2013, she was named Head of Strategy and Organisation, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Younited Credit, contributing to the design, coordination and implementation of continuous improvement projects such as process standardisation and digitalisation, and training programs.

Charlotte Henry graduated from Reims Business School with a master’s degree, majoring in Marketing and Business Management.
