Plus500 gets approval for LSE Main Market listing

CFD broker Plus500 Ltd (LON:PLUS) has announced that  the UK Listing Authority has approved the company’s Prospectus in relation to the admission of the company’s shares to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA, and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc’s Main Market for listed securities.

Plus500 had announced its intention late last month to move its share listing from the London AIM market to the LSE Main Market.

Plus500 stated that it is expected that admission to the LSE Main Market will become effective and that its shares will begin trading there 8:00 am on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. Trading in the company’s shares on AIM will be cancelled simultaneously with Main Market trading.

The company also pointed out that it is not raising any funds or issuing any new shares in connection with admission to the LSE Main Market.
