The FMA is concerned that the Foreign Securities Commission of New Zealand (FSC) is claiming to be a New Zealand financial services regulator and endorsing products and services from suspected scams.
The FSC is not a legitimate financial services regulator in New Zealand.
The regulator strongly advises caution when dealing with any companies or products endorsed by the FSC or on its website.
