capsensixx AG listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

Deutsche Börse Cash Market has just announced that capsensixx AG (ISIN: DE000A2G9M17) has been listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange today. The initial listing price was €16.00 following an issue price of €16.00. This takes the current number of IPOs in Frankfurt since the beginning of the year to twelve.

capsensixx AG provides various services for the financial industry and carries out work including administration and the structuring of funds and other financial products. Its subsidiary Axxion managed assets of around €9.2 billion as of 31 March.

The company wants to use the proceeds from its IPO primarily for the expansion of its subsidiary coraixx. capsensixx AG recently expanded its value chain with the tech start-up, which digitises financial documents using artificial intelligence.

ICF BANK, which managed the IPO, is also the designated sponsor for Xetra trading and the specialist on Börse Frankfurt.
