Hamburg-based asset manager HANSAINVEST has listed its BIT Global Technology Leaders UCITS ETF on SIX Swiss Exchange, marking the firm’s debut as an ETF issuer on the exchange and bringing the total number of ETF issuers listed there to 39.
The actively managed fund, denominated in euros under ISIN DE000A4231H9, complies with the EU’s UCITS directive and offers investors exposure to a global, benchmark-agnostic portfolio of technology and AI infrastructure companies. Société Générale will serve as market maker for the product.
The ETF invests in stocks from both developed and emerging markets, applying the investment strategy developed by BIT Capital, which targets leading technology firms and AI infrastructure providers while screening for ESG factors. The approach has been running since 2019, and the new ETF is the first vehicle to offer that same concentrated, actively managed strategy in an exchange-traded format, using the same investment process and management team.
Dr. Jorg W. Stotz, spokesman for HANSAINVEST’s management board, said the listing makes the firm’s technology strategy available to investors in an efficient, exchange-traded structure, positioned to capture opportunities from AI adoption and broader technological change.
Danielle Reischuk, senior ETFs and ETPs sales manager at SIX Swiss Exchange, welcomed the listing, noting it broadens investor choice in Switzerland and reflects continued demand for active ETF strategies tied to long-term technology trends.
SIX’s ETF segment has shown strong turnover growth through 2026, building on record momentum from 2025, despite a seasonal dip in trading activity over the summer months.
