Canadian regulator OSC warns against unregulated Binary Options broker B4Binary

Continuing a string of warnings against forex and binary options brokers targeting traders in Canada, Canadian securities regulator the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) has issued a warning to investors regarding B4Binary, operating from website b4binary.com.

oscThe OSC actually issued two separate warnings – one to Service Global 52 Ltd which the B4Binary website states owns and operates the site, and the other to a company called SG 55 Ltd, which B4Binary says provides payment processing services.

According to the OSC, B4Binary and the aforementioned companies are not registered in Ontario, Canada to engage in the business of trading in securities.

The OSC typically issues warnings regarding unlicensed companies that appear to be engaging in activities that may pose a risk to investors in its jurisdiction, and which are apparently targeting Canadian traders.
