Belize financial regulator catches TRADE24 forging regulation

Another entity this week has been caught by Belize regulator the International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) forging and falsely representing regulation. Last week, a Forex EA claiming regulation was called out in a public warning. To begin this week it has come to the notice of the IFSC that an entity calling itself ‘TRADE24 Investments Ltd.’ is fraudulently claiming to hold a trading in financial and commodity-based derivative instruments and other securities licence issued by the IFSC.

The IFSC confirms that TRADE24 Investments Ltd.is not licensed by the International Financial Services Commission of Belize or any other competent authority in Belize to engage in any type of trading business.

The Licence No. IFSC/60/350/TS/15-16 carrying its name and purporting to be signed by Mrs. Neri J. Matus, the Director General of International Financial Services Commission of Belize is a complete forgery.
