Recently appointed Plus500 non-executive director Paul Boyle OBE gains financial interest in firm

Following his appointment to the board of Plus500 Ltd (LON:PLUS) as a non-executive director, Aviva’s Chief Audit Officer Paul Boyle OBE has purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the company, and his wife, Mrs. Claire Boyle, has purchased 800 Ordinary Shares. Both purchases were at a price of 567 pence per share and took place on December 19.

Following these transactions, Mr. Boyle has a direct and indirect interest in 2,300 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.002% of Plus500’s issued share capital.
