Speed-of-execution solutions becoming a key for FX software providers.

CMAP logoMT4 solutions provider CMAP has announced that they have partnered with managed network services firm Commercial Network Services ("CNS") to provide Virtual Private Server (or "VPS") services for MT4 traders.

As we wrote last month, one of the main themes driving software sales to the FX sector lately has been addressing latency -- i.e. reducing the time between when quotes are received, trading decisions are made, and actual trade execution. CMAP and CNS's solution includes a direct fiber optic link between the VPS (where client terminals reside), and CMAP's executing MT4 servers.

For more details see the full press release at CMAP's website. Product configuration is also available on CNS's website here.
