The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has just issued a warning to a company called Mace, Parry and Associates.

Mace, Parry and Associates is not a registered New Zealand Company and is not registered to provide financial services in New Zealand.
The FMA has received reports that representatives of Mace, Parry and Associates are providing investors documents that display a registration number from a fake New Zealand regulator (the “Foreign Securities Commission of New Zealand”).
The FMA considers that Mace, Parry and Associates has the characteristics of a scam and recommends exercising caution before dealing with Mace, Parry and Associates.
