Alpari Group, a well-known binary options, foreign exchange, precious metals, and CFD broker, has suspended withdrawals via Visa bank cards until February, 2018.
The financial brokerage company issued a statement on their website saying the following:
“Dear clients,
Please be informed that due to technical difficulties, withdrawals in USD and EUR through Visa bank cards are unavailable untill 1st February, 2018. Withdrawals in USD and EUR through MasterCard are available.
We will inform you again via a separate email newsletter once normal service has been resumed and available in your myAlpari.”
While withdrawals through MasterCard will be available, the users whose card is a Visa will not be able to withdraw until the beginning of February.
