Binary options broker BinaryTilt receives warning from Canadian regulator BCSC

Continuing its string of warnings against unregulated brokers and other scams targeting retail traders in Canada, Canadian securities regulator the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has added to its Investment Caution List unregulated binary options broker BinaryTilt, owned and operated by Chemmi Holdings Ltd. from website binarytilt.com.

According to the BCSC, BinaryTilt claims to be based in London, England, and offers an online binary options trading platform.

The regulator became aware of BinaryTilt and that a Canadian resident was able to open a trading account with BinaryTilt.

BinaryTilt not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or exchange contracts in BC or elsewhere in Canada.

BinaryTilt was one of 37 binary options brokers which were named back in 2015 to the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) Black List of unauthorized binary options brokers.

BCSC urged BC residents to exercise caution when dealing with firms that are not registered to trade or advise in BC.
