Belize regulator IFSC warns on Floral Investment Ltd firm

The International Financial Services Commission of Belize (IFSC) has notified that an entity calling itself ‘Floral Investment Ltd.’ is falsely and fraudulently claiming to be an International Business Company (IBC) incorporated in Belize and to be licensed by the IFSC, stating to be registered at #7 New Road, Belize City, Belize, C.A.

The Certificate of Incorporation No. 134, 564 carrying its name and purporting to be signed by Mr. Santiago Gonzalez, Deputy Registrar of the IBC Registry and the Licence Number IFSC/60/138/BCA/10, which bears the signature of Mrs. Neri Matus, Director General of the IFSC, posted on its website, https://floralinvestment.com/guarantees are complete forgery.

This entity is not incorporated in Belize as an IBC nor licensed by the IFSC or any other competent authority in Belize to be engaged in brokerage, consultancy or advisory services for trading in foreign exchange.

Floral Investment Ltd. is therefore directed to cease and desist from engaging in the said unlicensed activities forthwith.
