Couple of days ago CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) has announced that it has launched the CBOE S&P 500 Smile Index (Ticker: SMILE), a premium-capture strategy benchmark index based on the steepness of the curve of implied volatilities of S&P 500 Index (SPX) options – often referred to as the “smile.”
CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) has reported later that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2016.
The fourth-quarter dividend is payable on December 16, 2016, to common stockholders of record as of December 2, 2016.
