Optimal Payments Plc (LON:OPAY) has been renamed Paysafe Group Plc and the Group’s website address is now www.paysafe.com.
The changes are effective immediately, the Board of Paysafe said in an announcement today.
In addition, from tomorrow – November 10, 2015, the Group’s London Stock Exchange Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic (“TIDM”) will change from OPAY.L to PAYS.L. Paysafe Group Plc shares will continue to be traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and the ISIN will still be GB0034264548.
Shareholdings will NOT be affected by the name change and existing share certificates should be retained, as they will remain valid for all purposes. Any new share certificates issued after November 2015 will bear the name Paysafe Group Plc.
The name change was approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Optimal Payments’ shareholders held on September 28, 2015.
