EXNESS launches separate website for CySEC-regulated operations

Online trading services provider EXNESS Group has announced the launch of a separate website for its Cypriot subsidiary EXNESS (CY) LTD.

As of today – October 29, 2015, EXNESS (CY) LTD’s website is available at www.exness.eu.

The new website will be used for sharing information about the company’s trading conditions, opening accounts, and for EXNESS (CY) LTD’s clients’ access to their Personal Areas.

EXNESS LIMITED (VC)’s clients can continue to use www.exness.com.

EXNESS (CY) LTD’s website was launched to comply with changes to CySEC regulations, the company explains.

As LeapRate has reported earlier this year, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has unveiled a set of new requirements regarding the websites of Cyprus Investment Firms (CIFs). Each CIF should have a separate website that is not used by another company, meaning that the domain name should be unique. Furthermore, the website cannot redirect visitors to other subsidiaries of the company. The Cypriot regulator published an additional announcement on the latter requirement in September.

The new website of EXNESS (CY) LTD complies with all these new regulations.

EXNESS has been licensed by CySEC since 2012.
