The broker said that it was investigating and resolving this with the highest priority, but added there was no resolution time at this stage.

The Japanese business of DMM has not informed its customers of any issues at this point.

Earlier today LeapRate provided exclusive coverage of MT4 and website outages experienced by ASIC-regulated forex broker AxiTrader.

The company confirmed that it had recently been impacted by two disparate incidents which have caused outages in different aspects of its Retail MT4 offering. The first incident related to a technical issue at one of AxiTrader’s Internet Service Providers in the United States, causing MT4 connectivity issues for a large number of non VPS Clients who access the broker’s offering over the Internet. In an unrelated incident, yesterday, AxiTrader was affected by a Microsoft hosting issue at its Azure cloud services covering South East Asia for approximately 5 hours.

AxiTrader noted that funding and withdrawals were not affected by any of the incidents.
